00Solutions

One clear digital system, instead of another pile of tools.

Most small businesses do not have a website problem, an AI problem, and a marketing problem. They have one problem showing up in three places: the pieces were bought separately and nobody owns how they fit together.

01Website development

A website that makes your competence obvious.

Make the value obvious. Build trust quickly. Give every visitor a clear next step. Rosecraft combines strategy, copy structure, design, development, accessibility, analytics, and launch support in one coherent build.

The problem this solves

  • The site was built once, years ago, and nobody owns it now.
  • Visitors cannot tell what you actually sell within the first screen.
  • The work you are proudest of is not on the site at all.
  • Nothing on the page tells a ready buyer what to do next.

What gets built

  • Positioning and message hierarchy
  • Information architecture and sitemap
  • Copy structure and content model
  • Interface design and design system
  • Frontend development
  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Analytics and event tracking
  • Forms, routing, and booking
  • Launch support and documentation

The outcome

A credible digital home that explains the business and converts attention into action.

The website is where the workflow and the marketing become visible. Build it first and the other two have somewhere to land.

02Practical AI

Use AI where it saves time, not where it erases judgment.

Reduce repeated work without giving up judgment. Rosecraft maps the process, builds the workflow, creates review controls, and trains the people who will use it.

The problem this solves

  • The same email gets rewritten from scratch several times a week.
  • A lead arrives on Friday afternoon and gets a reply on Tuesday.
  • What the team knows lives in one person’s head or one person’s inbox.
  • Someone tried an AI tool, got confident nonsense, and quietly stopped.

What gets built

  • Workflow mapping and friction audit
  • Prompt systems your team can edit
  • Content assistance with human review
  • Lead response and routing
  • Internal knowledge systems
  • Automation between existing tools
  • Quality controls and review gates
  • Team training and written handoff

The outcome

Less repeated work, faster response, and better use of staff time without replacing judgment.

Automation is only worth building once the message and the intake are clear. Otherwise it moves the wrong work faster.

03Digital marketing

Turn scattered activity into a working growth system.

Turn scattered activity into a customer journey. Connect positioning, content, campaigns, CRM, follow up, and reporting around the result the business needs.

The problem this solves

  • Marketing happens, but nobody can say what it produced.
  • Leads arrive in four places and follow up depends on memory.
  • The ad, the site, and the sales conversation each say something different.
  • Reporting is a screenshot of a number with no decision attached.

What gets built

  • Positioning and offer clarity
  • Campaign strategy
  • Content systems
  • Search foundations
  • Email programs
  • Social support
  • CRM structure and pipeline
  • Reporting tied to decisions
  • Ongoing optimization

The outcome

A repeatable path from visibility to inquiry to follow up.

Traffic is the last thing to solve, not the first. Sending more people to an unclear page just costs more.

04How the work runs

Clarity first. Systems second. Growth follows.

The same five stages apply whether the engagement is a website, a workflow sprint, or an ongoing partnership. Each stage has a definition of done, and you see it before the stage starts.

  1. 01

    Clarity

Understand the business, buyer, problem, constraints, and definition of success.

What the client seesThe client understands what is being solved and why.

  2. 02

    Systemization

Turn the strategy into a sitemap, message hierarchy, design system, workflow, and production plan.

What the client seesThe project stops feeling chaotic and becomes a visible plan.

  3. 03

    Creation

Build the website, content structure, integrations, automation, and supporting assets.

What the client seesThe client sees a coherent system rather than disconnected deliverables.

  4. 04

    Validation

Test accessibility, devices, forms, tracking, content, and the complete customer path.

What the client seesThe launch is credible and dependable.

  5. 05

    Optimization

Measure what happens, improve the weak points, and document the next decision.

What the client seesThe system keeps learning after launch.

05Ways to work together

Six shapes, from a diagnosis to a partnership.

Rosecraft sells fixed scope projects and bounded monthly partnerships rather than hours. Which one fits depends on whether your constraint is clarity, capability, or capacity.

  1. 01Recommended starting point

    Clarity and Conversion Audit

Diagnose positioning, website, customer journey, and workflow gaps before committing to a larger engagement.

    Commercial shape
Fixed fee diagnostic. Part of the fee can be credited toward a larger project.
    Best fit
A business that knows something is wrong but not yet which thing to fix first.
  2. 02

    Website Foundation

Build or rebuild the core website, messaging structure, analytics, forms, and conversion path.

    Commercial shape
Fixed scope project with milestone payments.
    Best fit
A credible business whose website is the weakest thing about it.
  3. 03

    Website and Workflow System

Combine the website with CRM, automated response, booking, email, and operational documentation.

    Commercial shape
    Higher value fixed scope transformation.
    Best fit
A business losing work between the inquiry and the follow up, not before it.
  4. 04

    AI Workflow Sprint

Map one high friction process and build a reviewed, documented AI assisted workflow around it.

    Commercial shape
Fixed scope sprint with training and handoff.
    Best fit
A team repeating one expensive manual process often enough to measure it.
  5. 05

    Growth Partnership

Ongoing strategy, testing, reporting, content systems, campaign support, and improvement.

    Commercial shape
Limited monthly retainer with clear capacity and defined outcomes.
    Best fit
A business past launch that needs a steady hand on the system, not another vendor.
  6. 06

    Care Plan

Hosting coordination, maintenance, security checks, small updates, analytics review, and priority support.

    Commercial shape
Recurring monthly subscription with defined boundaries.
    Best fit
A business that wants the site looked after without hiring for it.

No prices are published here. What an engagement costs depends on what is being built, and a number quoted before the problem is understood is a guess with a decimal point. Pricing is discussed in the first conversation or in a Clarity and Conversion Audit.

06Fit

Rosecraft is not right for everyone.

Saying so early saves both of us a discovery call. Here is the honest split.

Strong fit

  • You can explain a valuable service and you have real customers.
  • One person can make the decision and give timely feedback.
  • You value strategy, accessibility, and long term usefulness.
  • You want a system your team can understand and improve.
  • You respect scope and are willing to invest in quality.

Not a fit

  • There is no validated offer yet, and the website is expected to invent the business.
  • Several approvers disagree and no one owns the decision.
  • Vendors are compared only by the lowest initial price.
  • The goal is a secret trick, fake growth, or automation nobody reviews.
  • The expectation is unlimited revisions and immediate availability.

07Common questions

The things people ask before they email.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope, and more often on how quickly content and decisions arrive from your side. Rosecraft gives a schedule with named milestones once the scope is agreed, and tells you which dates depend on you rather than on us. A schedule offered before scope is guesswork dressed up as confidence.

What does it cost?

Rosecraft sells fixed scope projects and monthly partnerships rather than hours, so the number depends on what is being built. Pricing is discussed once the problem is understood, in the first conversation or in a Clarity and Conversion Audit. Hourly rates exist as an internal estimating tool and for approved change orders, not as the way work is sold.

Who owns the website when it is finished?

You do. The domain, the hosting account, the content, and the built site are yours, and Rosecraft coordinates access rather than holding it hostage. If you end the relationship, you keep a working system and the documentation that explains it.

Do I have to write all the content?

No. Rosecraft builds the message hierarchy and the copy structure, and drafts copy as part of the build. What Rosecraft cannot supply is the substance — your actual services, real project details, and the things only you know about your customers. Expect to be interviewed rather than handed a blank document.

Is accessibility included or is it extra?

Included. Accessibility is built into the components from the start, which is both cheaper and better than auditing it in afterwards. Rosecraft targets WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard operation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, correct labels and errors, meaningful alt text, and respect for reduced motion preferences.

How is AI actually used on my project?

To reduce repetition, organize information, explore options, support accessibility work, and speed up production. Not to invent your content, fabricate proof, or replace review. Where AI touches a workflow you own, Rosecraft documents what it does, where a human checks it, and how to turn it off.

What happens after launch?

You get a working system, documentation, and a clear next step. From there you can take it in house, move to a Care Plan for maintenance and small updates, or move to a Growth Partnership if the constraint is growth rather than upkeep. Support is responsive and bounded, and the boundaries are written down before they matter.

Will I work with Jon, or get handed to someone else?

Discovery, strategy, creative direction, final quality, and the relationship stay with Jon. As the studio grows, specialists may support production work under documented standards. The person who defines the direction remains responsible for the result.

08Start with the diagnosis

Request a Clarity Audit.

If you are not sure which of these you need, that is the normal starting position and it is exactly what the audit is for. Tell Rosecraft what is changing and what is not working, and the reply will name the constraint worth fixing first.
