What this website collects, what it does not, and what happens to anything you send through it.

This document describes accurately what this website does today, in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. It should be reviewed, and adjusted to match the tools actually in use, before it is relied on.
The short version
This website does not run advertising trackers, does not sell data, and does not set marketing cookies. The only personal information it receives is what you deliberately type into the project inquiry form and send.
What the inquiry form collects
When you submit the form on the contact page, the details you entered are emailed to info@rosecraftdesigns.com and a copy is stored on the web host so a submission is not lost if the email fails. That includes your name, business, role, email address, phone number if you supply one, your website address, and everything you wrote about your situation.
The form also records the time of submission and the submitting IP address. These are used only to rate limit automated abuse of the form.
Why we hold it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare for a conversation.
- To keep a record of a business enquiry and any engagement that follows from it.
Your details are not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. They are not shared with, sold to, or rented to anyone.
How long it is kept
Inquiry records are kept for as long as they are commercially useful and then deleted. You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time by emailing info@rosecraftdesigns.com, and it will be.
Cookies and analytics
As deployed, this site sets no cookies and loads no analytics. If website analytics are switched on in future, this section will be updated to name the tool, say what it measures, and explain how to opt out — before it is enabled, not afterwards.
Third parties
The site is served by a web host, which necessarily processes requests and may keep standard server logs. Email you send through the form travels through mail infrastructure operated by that host. No other third party service receives your information from this website.
Your choices
- You can contact Rosecraft by email or phone instead of using the form.
- You can ask what information is held about you.
- You can ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
Children
This is a business website intended for business owners and organizations. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
