01The client and context
The K9 Inn provides dog boarding, daycare, and grooming in Northeast Georgia. Owners were finding it and deciding about it on a phone, usually in a hurry before a trip.
02The problem
The business needed a website that presented the facility credibly and let an owner move from interest to a booked stay without a phone call.
03The constraint
People leave a dog with a stranger only when they trust the place. That trust is built by seeing the actual facility and the actual animals, not by stock photography of generic happy dogs — and all of it had to load and work on a phone, one-handed, before a trip.
04The strategic decision
Build mobile-first and lead with real evidence of the facility. Photography of the actual dogs and grounds carries the trust, service and pricing information is reachable without a call, and the booking path is present on the first screen instead of buried behind a contact form.
05The system created
- Custom mobile-first website
- Services and pricing presented without requiring a phone call
- Booking integration reachable from the primary screen
- Facility and guest photography as the trust signal
06Rosecraft responsibilities
- Website design and development
- Mobile-first layout and content hierarchy
- Booking integration
- Performance optimisation
On measured results
No performance figures are published for this project. Rosecraft only states an outcome when it has been measured over a defined period, attributed to a named source, and cleared by the client. Until then the evidence is the decision logic and the system itself.
What this demonstrates
The temptation on a pet business site is to fill it with stock photography of happy dogs. Using the actual facility and the actual guests is less polished and far more persuasive, because it is the thing the owner is really trying to assess.
