01The client and context
Rosecraft needed a recognizable voice for explaining marketing, psychology, AI, and business systems to small business owners.
02The problem
Every agency publishes a blog and almost none of them are read. Rosecraft needed an educational channel that did not sound like every other agency blog.
03The constraint
The teaching had to stay useful to someone who is not going to hire Rosecraft. The moment education becomes a disguised sales page it stops being trusted, and a studio built on clarity cannot afford that.
04The strategic decision
Give the education its own identity and a stated position. Clarity Over Noise became the organising idea, and the clay founder guide gave the explanations a consistent voice that is recognisably Rosecraft without requiring Jon to be photographed for every post.
05The system created
- The Clarity Over Noise concept and positioning
- The clay founder guide character and its usage rules
- A visual language for explanatory content
- Content direction across marketing, psychology, AI, and systems
06Rosecraft responsibilities
- Concept and positioning
- Character design direction and usage rules
- Visual system
- Editorial direction
On measured results
No performance figures are published for this project. Rosecraft only states an outcome when it has been measured over a defined period, attributed to a named source, and cleared by the client. Until then the evidence is the decision logic and the system itself.
What this demonstrates
The mascot rule is the interesting part. The clay guide carries the teaching, and real photography carries the proof. Letting the character do both would have made a serious studio look like a cartoon.
