The Heroes of Tara website homepage: an illustrated Iron Age Irish landscape with figures and mythological imagery behind the headline Your Adventure Begins.

01The client and context

Heroes of Tara is a brand rooted in Iron Age Ireland — its mythology, its landscape, and its stories. Its audience is drawn by the world itself.

02The problem

The brand needed a website that carried the world convincingly, and an ongoing community and social program to sustain an audience between releases.

03The constraint

An audience that arrives for a world will not tolerate marketing that sounds like marketing. Anything that broke the tone would cost more attention than it earned — but the site still had to sell, and community management still had to run on a schedule rather than on inspiration.

04The strategic decision

Let the world do the selling and keep the commercial path inside it. Illustration and mythology carry the site, the purchase and community routes sit in the primary navigation rather than being disguised, and social content was built as a repeatable program in the same voice instead of a series of one-off posts.

05The system created

  • Brand website carrying the illustrated world
  • Clear routes to purchase, community, and background material
  • Ongoing community management program
  • Social content strategy in the brand voice
  • Audience growth and influence approach

06Rosecraft responsibilities

  • Website design and development
  • Community management
  • Social content strategy
  • Brand voice and audience growth

On measured results

No performance figures are published for this project. Rosecraft only states an outcome when it has been measured over a defined period, attributed to a named source, and cleared by the client. Until then the evidence is the decision logic and the system itself.

What this demonstrates

Community work for a story-led brand is a voice problem before it is a scheduling problem. Getting the voice documented first is what let the program run consistently without sounding automated.
